The student chapter of the Society of American Military Engineer's purpose is to
link students with Architecture, Engineering and Construction (A/E/C) professionals.
We also assist in the professional development of student members to ensure their
success and positive contributions to the A/E/C field after graduation. SAME at
SDSU will conduct high quality, professionally oriented programs and activities that
engender camaraderie, and facilitate and improve communication among students, the
military services and private sector A/E/C firms. The San Diego Post provides a
mentor to the Student Chapter members. We will also have the accomplishments of student
members recognized by the San Diego Post.
